This Gehu ki Bundi will make your day happier and is perfect for your family. <br /><br /><br />✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-<br />For Gehu ki Bundi <br />* wheat flour ( गेहूं का आटा ) 1 Cup<br />* gram flour ( चने का बेसन ) 4 Tbsp<br />* water ( पानी ) <br />* baking powder ( बेकिंग पाउडर ) ¼ tsp<br />for sugar syrup<br />* sugar ( चीनी ) 250 g<br />* water ( पानी ) 1 Cup<br />* cardamom ( इलायची ) 4 pcs<br />* lemon juice ( नींबू का रस ) 1 TBSP<br />* food colour ( खाने का रंग ) 1 pinch<br /> For fry <br />* refined vegetable oil ( रिफाइंड तेल )<br /><br />Method to MakeJalebi : ( In English )<br /><br />Put one cup of wheat flour in a bowl.<br />Add 4 tsp gram flour to it and add water little by little to make batter.<br />Mix the quail for 5 minutes and keep it covered for 20 minutes.<br />To make syrup, put sugar in a pan, add water to it or let the sugar dissolve in water.<br />When the sugar dissolves, reduce the flame of the gas and keep stirring until the syrup becomes sticky.<br />When the syrup becomes sticky,<br />Put 4 pieces of cardamom.<br />Add 1 tsp lemon juice in that syrup.<br />Add food color to the bundi batter and add baking powder , and mix it well.<br />To filter the bundi, heat oil in a pan.
